engineers. operators.
We're a small team with an unusual mix: deep technical builders who have also run operations and managed change inside real businesses. It's why our software fits, and why it gets adopted.
We exist to help teams replace the half-dozen apps that almost work with one thing that fits, designed around how they run day to day, maintained by the people who built it.
Built around your team, not the average customer.
Off-the-shelf is a compromise by design. We start from the way your people already work and build outward from there.
Fewer tools, tighter integration, lower mental load.
Every app you adopt is a tax on attention. We build the one thing that quietly replaces three of them.
We maintain what we ship. No throwaway demos.
Production-grade from day one. We're around when reality hits the model, not in a deck six weeks ago.
Ethan Walker
Co-founder · operations · adoption
Ethan's background is in operations. He previously worked as Operations Director alongside the CEO of a global entertainment and sports company. Much of that time went into bringing in new systems, everything from choosing and setting them up to getting hundreds of people comfortable using them.
That last part is what he cares about most. He has written the policies, run the training and worked side by side with the teams using the software until it became part of their day. He's also felt the frustration of off-the-shelf tools that never quite fit, forcing people to work around the system instead of the system working for them.
That's why he builds things differently. He's at his best in a room with the people who'll use the thing, working out what they really need.
Charles Thompson
Co-founder · data · engineering
Charles's background is in data and code. He has worked with British Airways and some of the UK's largest property maintenance groups, businesses that run on huge amounts of information spread across many different systems.
He's the technical mind on the team, with real experience building and deploying software and AI tools at scale. That includes internal systems used across large organisations and customer-facing tools used by the public, so he knows what it takes to make something work reliably when a lot of people depend on it.
He's seen how much time gets lost when data sits in spreadsheets and systems that don't talk to each other. He's at his best pulling it all together into something a business can actually use.
